Modern HVAC for a transformed historic London landmark
Oasis delivered full mechanical services for Manor Place, a restored 1895 Grade-II listed bathhouse in South London, installing new air-conditioning, ventilation, AHUs, and an air-source heat pump to support the building’s transformation into a mixed-use venue for skateboarding, football, and creativity.
Precision Services for a Cultural Landmark
Once a public swimming pool and boxing venue, the building has been reimagined by Nike and Palace Skateboards into a free-access hub for community sport and creative expression. Working within a heritage structure, Oasis’s team installed high-performance HVAC systems – including AHUs and an air-source heat pump – that deliver modern environmental control without compromising the building’s historic architectural features.
