Oasis is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of air conditioning projects from initial award through to final delivery, working with a well-established and respected business.

The Role

• Manage air conditioning contracts with full commercial and financial responsibility
• Oversee projects from inception to completion
• Ensure high standards of delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate office-based duties alongside regular site visits

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
