Oasis is delighted to welcome Daniel Shimell to the business as our newest apprentice, joining the team with a strong enthusiasm for mechanical services and a real passion for learning.

Daniel brings a positive attitude and a keen interest in developing his skills while gaining hands-on experience alongside our experienced engineers. From day one, he has shown a willingness to get involved, take on new challenges, and support projects wherever needed, helping him build both confidence and technical ability as he grows in his role.

Working closely with the team, Daniel is particularly interested in understanding how the business develops across the southern region, and how high-quality mechanical services are delivered from design through to completion. His motivation to learn on the job and contribute to day-to-day operations reflects the values we encourage across Oasis.

Describing himself as motivated and reliable, Daniel is keen to develop both technically and professionally during his apprenticeship. As he continues his journey with us, he is excited to play his part in strengthening the company’s presence in the south and working towards becoming a skilled mechanical professional.
